Maurycy has nearly 10 years of broad experience in the life sciences sector, ranging from global pharmaceutical organizations to innovative Polish biotech firms. His career includes positions at Amgen and AstraZeneca, where he contributed to commercial analytics and strategic planning before transitioning into business development role at Molecure. Maurycy coordinates Molecure’s business and partnership strategy, managing external collaborations, providing commercial guidance for scientific and project teams, and supporting the company’s long-term strategic planning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), and is particularly interested in supporting the growth of Polish innovation and facilitating its broader recognition within the global life sciences community.
